NOTICE TO ALL PROSPECTIVE TENANTS: CAUTION: Do not enter upon any properties on the list. You are allowed a "Drive by" only. Tenants rights of privacy must be observed at all times. A failure to respect this request could place your consideration for tenancy in jeopardy. If unit is vacant, it is acceptable to look through the windows and check-out the back yard if applicable. APPOINTMENTS TO VIEW: If the unit is occupied, we must give the tenant at least 24 hrs notice before showing. Properties are shown Monday through Friday, 9:30 am to 5:00 pm. Appointments are scheduled with Property Management. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION: Each adult (18 or over) in your party is required to fill out a separate rental application, NO EXCEPTIONS. Each adult must have a valid Government Issued Photo Identification. Approval is based on several qualifying criteria, including credit history, rental references, and employement/income (a combined gross monthly income of 3 times the monthly rent is required). TO PROCESS AN APPLICATION A COMPLETED RENTAL APPLICATION ACCOMPANIED BY $30.00 NON-REFUNDABLE SCREENING FEE PER ADULT APPLICANT AND PROOF OF EMPLOYEMENT, EXAMPLE CHECK STUB, IS REQUIRED. Self-employed applicants need to include copies of 3 non-consecutive bank statements and last years tax return, including Schedule C. If you have not received a phone call within 3-5 business days, call in to check on your application. IF APPROVED as a tenant, the first months rent or a prorated amount of the months rent and the security deposit must be paid with a cashier's a check, money order, or cash, at the time of signing the Lease/Rental Agreement.
